Reasons Women Love And Deserve Flowers (Even If They Die Anyway)

Image

Guns & Roses – Guns for guys and Roses for girls. get it?

Guys, don’t try to fool yourselves into believing we don’t really like flowers, since they die anyway and all. We like them despite that — trust me.  Some of us may drop hints that allude to gifts being no huge deal, but here’s a tip: the hints are an act. We care!

Yes, we do like to be spoiled sometimes and no, the gifts don’t always need to be tangible. But seriously, aside from the I-don’t-need-these-things-to-feel-beautiful women, one cannot deny the role that flowers play in the picture. Here’s why:

1. We like that they’re “pointless.”

Some guys think that giving flowers is pointless because the flowers will eventually die. Well, guess what? That’s actually the part that we love.

Though we love the idea of a forever kind of love, we still like the idea that you can give us something ephemeral and exciting. Even if it seems that your money is being put to waste, it’s nice to know you spent it on something that will yield a guaranteed smile from us.

2. We think they reflect who we are.

Call it shallow, but many women believe that flowers reflect who we are. If you buy obviously cheap flowers, then we may believe you believe we’re cheap. We don’t need to receive flowers daily, so on the special occasions when you take the floral plunge, buy the best, freshest, most fragrant arrangement. It’s a really great way to flatter your lady.

3. We like how they stop time for a moment.

I know it may seem unproductive to you, but many of us like looking at the flowers on our bedside table, on our work desk or in the living room. We can actually spend a minute or two admiring them and smelling their fragrance. Really — they can stop time. Wouldn’t you like to be the reason behind this moment of bliss?

4. We like remembering how we received them.

The presence of your flowers sparks the memory of you when gave them, what words you used and the general loveliness of the moment. Flowers are a surefire way to grab a woman’s attention and make her continuously think of you whenever she glances at the bouquet.

5. We deserve them. Period.

We don’t care how much or little they cost. We don’t care if it you bought them from the mall or went to the fields to gather the freshest roses. It doesn’t matter. The point is that every woman deserves to be delighted by flowers — despite the fact that they die, they make us feel special — which is hopefully, what you want.

Listen every boyfriends, husbands and all special relationship that attached with girls, we do love flowers. Fresh Flowers of course! take a chance to send us no matter what occasions or daily routine, a flower really made us smile 🙂 don’t wait for our big day, or its too late for us to smell and smile on the day we die.

Thank you Jel Directo for this!

Coffee @ Artisan Roast Coffee

Café?

Yes for two!Talk bout take a break, chill after work definitely worth it. The coffee here was good; they renowned status of winning Best Place for Coffee in TimeOut KL Awards 2012 before made me, Pam and not just us, other sales team from our office is regular customer there. Plus, Artisan will always be our first priority for coffee. Besides Artisan, here we also have Backerei that we often go before for lunch and before Artisan were here. Artisan is a new place to hangout. A place where we killed our time once a week. Flat White Addict.

The Place – Cool hangout place. A warehouse concept, huge, and free to seat anywhere you want. Out door, indoor(air-conditioned)

The Coffee – We love flat whites! Deep love with it. We try mocha before but is quite chocolaty. They do have others, but we love our current permanent coffee. LOL Cakes? We try red velvet, not so yummy and its dry with a bitter taste. Mint chocolate with coconut finger cakes was not good at all. But i like their carrot walnut. Nice!

The Price – Not bad, but to compared commercial coffee with this one, its quite pricey. Just a few photo collections from our previous and last visit there. Thank you Pam for the snap!

We booked 3 rooms apartment while we on the way there. But sadly the room’s left was horrible terribly. We decided to move on have dinner and go back. But we try at least called a few more hotels but all are fully booked and finally… SELESA BEACH RESORT the only beach resort are available at that time. So we straight away go there. Thank you Selesa Beach Resort we have place to stay that night with pleasant beach view bitches! And we invited over a happy newly wed couple my brother and his wife for their pre-honeymoon.

We also make dad’s wish come true which to have coffee by the beach. We went to Starbucks at the town located at PD waterfront. Lets rumble the photo’s!

Dinner @ Dave’s Deli

When I was young, Dave’s Deli was my family all-time favorite restaurant, all because of their truly scrumptious meatball. Unfortunately, meatballs are out of the menu list since long time ago. And they moved next to coffee bean from the Starbucks place now. Dave’s Deli is 100% Malaysian Owned & Operated. For now, me and family keep coming here for lunch or dinner on weekend. But we look into other menu such as their famous Dave’s Original ¼ Roast Chicken and their banana bread pudding serve with ice cream. Delicious!

The Place – We went to Dave’s Deli Subang Parade Shopping Center, Subang Jaya at Ground Floor. Is a nice place to dine, where they have spacious place inside the restaurant, outside and open air.

The Food – Super delicious. We often came here for their Original ¼ Roast Chicken and banana bread pudding. You cant find this elsewhere.

The Price – Not bad. Its affordable.

Is your romance dead?

Image

Good morning to all lovey dovey couple birds!

Since today is 14th February 2014, and all around the world celebrating valentines. Lets talk about the condition of your romance. Is your romance dead? So tell me what is romance..in my opinion, romance a feeling of excitement and mystery associated with love or an exciting, enjoyable love affair. What should a person in a relationship do for their romance to be last? Have something exciting constantly. You guys are in love, and of course you do anything together, show love everyday but am not sure if its only last for a few years or just a few months. That’s the reason why we have this term break up’s and divorce anywhere in a world today. Everything seems so simple and easy now days with the advance technology like smartphones, tablets with facebook, twitter, instagram, email, chatting, skype, whatsapp, wechat, and any other applications. So people would just buy something online, ask someone for a date online, sending gift by online, showing photo’s online..what the fuck? Yes I do understand where we need to use the technology that we has, but please consider the old days too. The traditional way (the hard way) where everyone seems so hard to do like sending a letter by post or even dove LOL and create something special with your two hands not two fingers. Crafting, painting, baking, cooking, or singing with your own lyrics. I will be very happy with all that actually. Very special yet simple and need your own creativity. And this need to do constantly so that your romance will last. Not in a period of your “in a relationship” only, please do this too when you are married to each other. I don’t specify it, It could be girl’s or guy’s in this terms. To show love is to show effort. Effort-less, Romance-less. Happy Valentines Day! (*wishing doesn’t mean celebrating)

With Love,

xo, f.

Dinner @ Pizza vs Satay

Ola,

Am soooo freaking busy today. But i managed to write something here. A dinner after the wedding. We need to say thank you to all uncles, aunties, cousins, nieces, nephews, and all relatives that lent their hand for the 3 days 3 nights reception. A big around of applause. *clap clap clap*

We pick a place called Pizza vs Satay, USJ Subang Jaya. A very nice place to dine, an Italian concept with variety of food to choose. We booked a few days before through phone called. To gather family members about 30 pax was so easy with them. From our side, we booked 3 tables and they still can fit 30 more pax for indoor(air-conditioned). This is really good.

The Food – Good. Very Good. For a starter, we had pizza’s for all 3 tables. And the rest they ordered individually. You can check out photo’s below. I can’t really state one by one because there will be a lot. Taste, superb. And pizza, was soooo delicious, they made them self at the corner outside. Cool place for gathering.

The Place – A nice classic Italian environment. Which i love! And they also have this kind of classic music turn on. Friendly staff,  service was great and a wi-fi connection in excellent strength. We even come here after that regularly.

The Price – Reasonable i can say. It cost us RM800++ for total 30 pax. Everyone get to ordered main course, dessert and drinks too. Thank you ayah for belanja us 🙂
